Explore the application of the Culturally Responsive School Leadership framework with Mark Gooden, Ph.D., one of the lead authors of the report, A Culturally Responsive School Leadership Approach to Developing Equity-Centered Principals: Considerations for Principal Pipelines. In addition to learning more about the report, attendees will discuss how to bridge the report’s research findings to practice through school leadership pipeline and preparation practices.
