Calling AACTE Member Institutions: Sign Up to Exhibit at Holmes Career Fair New
This year’s Holmes Preconference at the AACTE Annual Meeting will feature a Career Fair on February 24 to connect Holmes Scholars with AACTE member institutions to learn about opportunities and the faculty job search process.
This is also a recruitment opportunity for institutions with open job announcement information to share at the time of the event. There is no cost to register as an exhibitor. See the full agenda below.

AACTE Holmes Program Career Fair
Friday, February 24 | 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. | JW Marriott Indianapolis Hotel
About the Holmes Program: Established in 1991, the Holmes Program’s primary goal is to enrich the scholarly experience and professional preparation of talented graduate students of color who are pursuing careers in education. The Holmes Program has an alumni network of over 600 and offers professional development, mentorship, and peer support to nearly 200 active master’s, doctoral, and post-doctoral scholars across the country.
Event Purpose: The purpose of the Career Fair is to connect Holmes Scholars with AACTE member institutions to learn about opportunities and the faculty job search process. Scholars will have an opportunity to meet with faculty and search committee representatives face-to-face.
Agenda:
- 9:00 – 9:15 Welcome & Refreshments
- 9:15 – 10:30 Meet with Exhibitors
- 10:30 – 10:50 Search Committee Panel
- 10:50 – 11:00 Closing
Exhibitors Registration: AACTE member institutions interested in having an exhibitor’s table at the Career Expo are required to complete the Exhibitors Registration Form. All exhibitors will be listed in the event program. There is no fee to register for exhibitors who are already registered as conference participants.
Exhibitors Materials: Exhibitors are responsible for bringing their own handouts and resources (i.e., program info, search announcement handouts, printed QR codes for online handouts, etc.), and branded tablecloth if they choose to have one. AACTE will provide a table and plain tablecloth to all exhibitors.
