Anthony L. Webster Named April Holmes Scholar of the Month
Congratulations to Anthony L. Webster, Holmes Scholar of the Month for April 2022.
Webster is a Ph.D. candidate at Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. He was raised in Greenville, MS, and earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Jackson State University (JSU) and a master’s degree in higher education and student affairs at Eastern Michigan University.
In his first year of college at JSU, he discovered his passion for student affairs. This passion led to pursuing a doctorate in educational leadership and policy studies. His interest lies in investigating how high school students from underserved populations are prepared for post-secondary education and increasing their exposure to opportunities in career and technical education.
