AACTE Extends Membership Renewal Deadline
The AACTE national office team is thinking of everyone in our community during this uncertain time. While we also are experiencing the upheaval resulting from this pandemic, our primary goal is to continue to serve all of our members. To that end, AACTE is engaging in a number of efforts to support our members at this time.
To empower you to continue to access critical support and resources, AACTE is extending the membership renewal deadline to April 30, 2020. We want to ensure members remain informed as matters related to COVID-19 continue to develop.
Each of us is practicing social distancing to “flatten the curve” of growth of COVID-19 in our country and throughout the world. However, this is the time for all of us to stick together as we work collectively to
- Ensure our college and university students are being educated;
- Our faculty and staff are being supported;
- Our teacher candidates and other education students are empowered to navigate ever-changing circumstances in each state; and
- That the even greater inequities currently impacting our PK-12 students are addressed.
AACTE wants to keep you engaged and active as each of us navigates uncharted territory. Please continue to access your member benefits and check our new AACTE Resource Hub for the latest in strategies and information about COVID-19 and the educator preparation field.
