Choose from Hundreds of Sessions at 2019 Annual Meeting

Check out the initial lineup of sessions and presenters for the 2019 Annual Meeting, now available through the online AACTE Event Planner!

Once you have logged in, sort through the hundreds of sessions to attend by searching titles, descriptions, presenter names, locations, and other fields. And new this year, you can now select strands and interest areas to narrow down your options as well.

Here are some of what you can do through the Event Planner:

  • Access the full agenda and download the web application to your mobile device – View session information at your fingertips by adding the AACTE Event Planner icon to your mobile device.
  • Browse all offerings categorized by the enhanced session types – You can use the search field at the top to locate sessions by presenter name (first or last), title, keywords, and/or meeting room name.
  • Create your own personalized schedule and save it to your digital calendar – When you find a session you want to attend, just click the "add" button next to the session information. This will store the session to your schedule (which you can access at any time by clicking the "My Schedule" tab at the top).
  • View presenters’ handouts and other materials in advance – Want to see what material will be covered in the session of your choice? Just click to view the slides, handouts, and other documents provided by the presenter.
